First, some questions:

If a friend of yours in the challenge course and aerial adventure industry had an accident and got hurt at work, would they tell you about it?

Would you ask them about how it happened?

Would they share that?

Assuming that they shared, would you then demonize and shame that friend, or…

…would you thank them for sharing and make efforts to make sure that no one that you work with gets hurt in the same way?

Well then. Let’s change our culture around incident reporting.
